Ready OR ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of the surgical professionals and healthcare teams who use our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
We collect information you provide directly when you use the Service, including:
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or clinical data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Ready OR is designed as an operational efficiency tool for surgical teams. We strongly advise users not to enter individually identifiable patient health information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA into the app. Case notes, supply lists, and room setup data should reference procedure types and surgeon preferences — not patient identifiers. If your organization requires HIPAA-compliant data handling, please contact us at support@readyor.net before use.
Case data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. If cloud sync is enabled, data is transmitted over TLS-encrypted connections and stored on servers located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews.
Subscription billing on iOS is managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Ready OR does not store your payment card information. Apple's privacy policy governs the handling of payment data. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
We retain your account and case data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and delete your account, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@readyor.net. We will respond within 30 days.
The Service is intended for use by healthcare professionals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and, where appropriate, by sending an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
