How do I add a new surgeon to Ready OR?
From the Home screen, tap the "+" button or navigate to the Surgeons tab. Enter the surgeon's name and specialty. Once added, you can create room setup checklists, supply lists, and circulator notes for each of their procedures.
How do I start time tracking for a case?
Navigate to the Time Tracking tab, select the surgeon and procedure, then tap the green start button. Tap the timestamp buttons (Time In, Surgery Start, Surgery End, Time Out) as each milestone occurs. Tap SAVE when the case is complete.
Can I add photos to the Room Setup checklist?
Yes. On the Room Set Up tab, scroll to the photo section at the bottom and tap the camera icon to take a photo or choose from your library. You can add up to two photos per setup. Tap any photo to enlarge it; tap the X to delete.
How do I dismiss the keyboard on the Circulator Notes screen?
Tap the keyboard-hide icon in the top-right corner of the screen, tap anywhere outside the text field, or tap the "Done" button in the toolbar that appears above the keyboard. You can also tap SAVE NOTES to save and dismiss the keyboard at the same time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone β†’ tap your name β†’ Subscriptions β†’ Ready OR β†’ Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Alternatively, go to Settings β†’ [Your Name] β†’ App Store β†’ Manage Subscriptions.
Is Ready OR HIPAA compliant?
Ready OR is designed as an operational workflow tool. We recommend not entering individually identifiable patient health information (PHI) into the app. The app stores surgeon preferences, procedure types, and room configurations β€” not patient records. If your organization requires a Business Associate Agreement, please contact us at support@readyor.net.
My data disappeared after reinstalling the app. Can I recover it?
Case data is stored locally on your device. If you reinstalled the app without a cloud backup enabled, local data may not be recoverable. We recommend enabling iCloud backup on your device to protect your data. Contact support@readyor.net if you need assistance.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open the Ready OR app on your new device, navigate to the Subscription screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to originally subscribe and your subscription will be restored automatically.
